Phasefold provides analysis tools and models for educational and informational purposes only. The models are generic calculators: you enter the assumptions and draw your own conclusions. Nothing we publish constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment, or an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity.

Regulatory status

Phasefold is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and does not provide regulated services. As a result, you will not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or protection under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) in relation to this service. If you need advice tailored to your circumstances, please consult an FCA-authorised adviser — you can check an adviser on the FCA Register (register.fca.org.uk).

Risks

Investing involves risk, including the loss of some or all of your capital. The value of investments can go down as well as up. Past performance, simulations and model projections are not a reliable indicator of future results. Models may contain errors or rely on assumptions and data that do not suit your situation. Any company or asset shown in a model is used purely as a calculation example, not as a suggestion.

Your responsibility

I understand that the models are informational tools, that I am not receiving financial advice or personal recommendations, and that I am solely responsible for my own investment decisions.

Subscription and cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from “My account” and will keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Use of the models

Your subscription grants you a personal licence to use and download the models. You may not resell, redistribute or publish them.
